Happy Pride! Rainbow Connections ATX

Richard Gartner, age 90, shares his experiences growing older as a member of the LGBTQ1A+ community. Richard participates in Family Eldercare’s Rainbow Connections ATX program. Rainbow Connections ATX is an outreach and advocacy program connecting and uplifting Austin’s LGBTQ1A+ community. He currently lives in an affordable housing community owned by Family Eldercare. In 2021, he was honored for a lifetime of advocating for the arts and adding to the cultural legacy of our community during Family Eldercare’s 80 Over Eighty celebration.
