Lyons Gardens, Family Eldercare’s first housing community, opened in 2004. It is a beautifully designed 53 unit apartment complex serving older adults age 62 and older with incomes at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Each unit features a comfortable one-bedroom layout, allowing residents to maintain their independence while enjoying a safe, supportive, and connected community.
Lyons Gardens offers a peaceful setting where elders can age in place with dignity. The community fosters a sense of belonging and engagement through shared spaces, social activities, and access to supportive services coordinated by Family Eldercare.
