Financial & Housing Stability

Promotes long term well-being for persons who are at risk for or experiencing homelessness

Why is Financial & Housing Stability Important?

Living with a disability or simply getting older can make life harder. Often it means more medical issues, more social isolation, and more financial burdens. Our Financial & Housing Stability program is designed to help Central Texans navigate these barriers and preserve independent living.

Our principles:

Bill Payer

We get to know people and partner with them to set financial goals, connect them to services, and support their independence and well-being.

Case Management

We provide comprehensive case management that supports clients in coordination of services, basic needs, housing advocacy, and core benefit access to support housing stability.

Rapid Re-Housing

We partner with local leaders to obtain permanent housing and financial assistance for older adults experiencing homelessness.

Representative Payee

We are appointed by the Social Security Administration (SSA) to manage benefits and prevent financial exploitation for individuals who are unable to manage their benefits.

Veterans Fiduciary

We are appointed by the VA to manage benefits, promote financial stability, and protect Veterans from fraud when they are unable to do so.
