Registration includes a t-shirt, fully-supported routes of 25, 40, or 60 miles including aid stations featuring food and drinks every 10-15 miles. Be sure to stick around after your ride for access to the after-party, featuring food trucks, a beer garden, vendors, awesome raffle prizes, and fun activities for young and old!
This ride will take place rain or shine, with the exception of dangerous weather conditions, such as lightning. Your registration is non-refundable and no deferrals are available at this time. Rest assured that even if we miss you at the start line, your registration fees will have a positive impact on the life of a client in need!
Route Options with Maps
All routes will be fully supported with aid stations every 10-15 miles and public safety officials at all major intersections. Riders will be required to obey all local traffic laws. Most of the course will be OPEN, so please ride smart, ride safe, and ride legally at all times! Routes will be marked with road arrows and signs, with large signs for each route at every aid station.
Routes are subject to change due to factors such as construction, safety concerns, or other factors out of the control of ride organizers. We will update all registered riders ASAP should any changes occur, and appreciate your patience and understanding! Route cue sheets will be available at packet pickup for anyone who would like a hard copy to take with them. GPX and GPS files are available for each route at the links above to download to your Garmin, Cateye, etc.!
Aid stations will be on all routes every 10-15 miles! Aid stations will feature snacks, such as bananas, oranges, cookies, and crackers, as well as water and sports drinks. Each aid station will be staffed by amazing volunteers provided by our sponsors and community, be sure to tell them thanks! The 40 and 60-mile routes have very little shade on the back half- we highly encourage all riders to top off their water at each station, whether you think you need it or not!
SAG trucks will be available to pick up riders who experience mechanical failure or are otherwise unable to complete their route. Should you need support, please call the number provided in your final rider email, and they will reach you when they can. Please note, if it is a medical emergency, call 911! Mechanics from The Peddler will be available before the ride, intermitted locations on the route, and after the ride to make basic repairs and adjustments for participants.
Safety and Start/Cut-off Times
Start and finish times are enforced without exception. The City of Round Rock, TXDOT, and Williamson County safety and transportation personnel are allowing the use of their roadways but must re-open lanes to traffic by agreed-upon times. We apologize for any inconvenience, but anyone late to the start by more than 10 minutes will not be permitted to continue!
Packet pickup will take place Thursday, September 21st, and Friday, September 22nd from 5 – 7 pm at The Peddler – Cedar Park.
Be sure to bring your ID to receive your packet. If you need to pick up for a friend, we need a copy of their ID and a note granting permission (a photo on your phone with corresponding text works!) Be sure to check out the raffle packages when picking up your packet!
