3M's HUGE Food Drive Donation!

3M Food DonationFamily Eldercare employees received an all-staff announcement on November 19th that help was needed unloading a large food donation from 3M. Imagine our excitement when we laid eyes on over 1,100 pounds of food that filled an entire truck bed! Everyone joined in, unloading, unpacking and organizing the donation that provided food for our clients and homebound elderly adults throughout the holidays.

In just eight days, 3M's Austin Plant and ESD held the food drive and donated the non-perishable food items and over $500 in HEB gift cards to ensure that elderly and persons with disabilities did not go without this holiday season. We are so grateful for the incredible generosity of 3M and their employees and their dedication to our mission.
